| The Cytologist-Pathologist Ioannis Sianos M.D is the founder and scientific responsible for the cytology Laboratory CytoLab/BioPAP. He is a member the International Academy of Cytology (IAC) and a Lecturer at the University of Athens. He was born and raised in Athens, more specifically in Kolonos. At the age of 18 he was admitted in the Medical School of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. | |
| After graduation he was specialized in cytology and pathology at MC Master University Hamilto, Ontario Canada .He was also trained at the Canadian Tumor Reference Center regarding the pathology of the female reproductive system. He has attended and participated in many international seminars and conferences. | |
| He has also presented “Cytology and Pathology case-reports” in conferences of the Canadian Pathology Society as well as the International Academy of Cytology where he is a member. | |
| He has a private cytology practice and laboratory in Athens where the new monolayer technique and liquid phase cytology and he collaborates with many major diagnostic centers of Greece. |
